Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of €700 is required to hold your space.
You can use this non-refundable deposit for a future retreat as well.
Payment Plan
Your reservation is officially confirmed only once we have received the 700€ deposit.
A further 700€ is due by October 5, 2026*.
The remaining balance is due by December 5, 2026*.
*If we do not receive your payment by the specified date, we will cancel your registration and make your spot available to yogis on the waitlist.
We will send you a reminder 2 weeks before each payment date with the amount due.
Cancellation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions.
You can change your participation to a future retreat up to November 29, 2026 for a 100€ admin fee.
In the event of cancellation by you, your entire payment will be refunded, less the €700 deposit, if the cancellation is made before October 30, 2026 (90+ days before the retreat).
If the cancellation is made between October 30 and November 29, 2026 (60–89 days before the retreat), 50% of the amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Payments are non-refundable after November 29, 2026, with only the following exceptions:
If cancellation occurs after November 29, 2026, any outstanding balance remains due.
If you find someone else to replace you on the retreat, your full amount paid will be refunded, or transferred to them, at any time. Please note that a replacement joining after December 5, 2026 will be required to pay the full retreat amount immediately.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early. Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance.
Should we have to cancel or re-arrange the retreat, all monies paid will be refunded. However we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
We always strive to promote each retreat effectively, ensure sufficient sign-ups, and manage the house rental, team, excursions and catering to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, as with any event, things can occasionally go differently, so we kindly recommend refraining from booking any flights until 90 days before the retreat begins, unless you have travel insurance that covers unforeseen cancellations.
If we are unable to host a retreat and must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will receive a 100% refund. Please note that we won’t be held accountable for any expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, loss of work, visa fees, and other associated costs. In the highly unlikely event that we cancel within 4 weeks before the retreat begins, you will be offered alternative dates and an additional discount.
