A non-refundable deposit of €700 is required to hold your space.
You can use this non-refundable deposit for a future retreat as well.
Payment Plan
Your reservation is officially confirmed only once we have received the 700€ deposit.
the balance is to be paid by December 20, 2024
If we do not receive your payment on this date, we will cancel your registration and make your spot available to yogis on the waitlist.
We will send you a reminder 2 weeks before the final payment date with the balance to be paid .
Cancellation
You can change your participation to a future retreat up to 1st of December 2024 without additional costs. Excluding a 100€* admin fee.
In the event of cancellation (by YOU), your entire payment will be refunded less the €700 deposit if the cancellation is made before 1st of December 2024.
Payments are non-refundable after this date, with only the following exceptions:
If you find someone else to replace you on the retreat then your full amount will be refunded or can be transferable at any time. Please note that the person replacing you after 1st of January 2024 will have to pay the entire amount of the retreat immediately.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early. Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance.
Should we have to cancel or re-arrange the retreat, all monies paid will be refunded. However we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
We always strive to promote each retreat effectively, ensure sufficient sign-ups, and manage the house rental, team, excursions and catering to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, as with any event, things can occasionally go differently, so we kindly recommend refraining from booking any flights until 4 weeks before the retreat begins, unless you have travel insurance that covers unforeseen cancellations.
If we are unable to host a retreat and must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will receive a 100% refund. Please note that we won’t be held accountable for any expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, loss of work, visa fees, and other associated costs. In the highly unlikely event that we cancel within 4 weeks before the retreat begins, you will be offered alternative dates and an additional discount.
