Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to hold your space.

You can use this non-refundable deposit for a future retreat as well.

Final Balance

We will send you a reminder a week before the final payment date (August 15). If we do not receive your payment on this date, we will cancel your registration and make your spot available to yogis on the waitlist.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation (by YOU, the yogi), your entire payment will be refunded less the €500 deposit if the cancellation is made before August 1, 2021.

Payments are non-refundable after this date, with only the following exceptions:

If you find someone else to replace you on the retreat then your full amount will be refunded or can be transferable . You can use the deposit for future retreats as well. Please note that the person replacing you after August 15, 2021 will have to pay the entire amount of the retreat immediately.

If you need to cancel due to covid-19 pandemic meaning (you contracted covid with proof of covid test or there are travel restrictions from leaving on your country of origin), your payment can be used for a future retreat less the €500 deposit and less a 10% of your total payment. Thank you for your understanding as due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat, exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, bad weather, acts of terrorism, illness, pandemics, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind.

If we (Yoga with Myriam) need to cancel we will notify you as soon as possible and you can request a full refund minus the €500 deposit for future retreat or you may transfer your full payment to future retreats. We are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, time off from work, Covid tests, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

Covid Policy

We ask everyone joining us for our retreat to get a copy of a negative Covid-19 test not older than 48 hours or a copy of their vaccination.

We might have to change these protocols depending on the Covid policies in place in Mallorca (Spain) at the time of the retreat.

We have yoginis coming from all around the world, so please check with your government as well as the Spanish government about any Covid policies. We will be happy to help you as well as share any Covid questions with the other participants.
